1. 3-Day Replacement
You can replace a product within 3 days of receiving if :
- Product has manufacturing defect (eg. light is not working)
- Another SKU is delivered
2. Replacement Process
- To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team at info@luego.in or by whatsapp chat support within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Once your replacement request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product, and receive a new product.
3. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item is has a manufacturing defect or we made an error in your order.
- Original Shipping Fees: Any original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process, subject to product availability.
